Walking

I just went for a nice long walk and I feel great! My back was aching most of the time but I need to continue as the pain will not be as bad once I start shedding some of the kilos!! I have two walking buddies, my cousin who i’ve just started with and who I will be walking with about 4 times a week and my partner who I am going to try and go with everyday. I have a feeling that i’m going to be very tired by the end of my first week! But hopefully when I weigh myself on monday my weeks effort will show a positive result :P

I just found this site tonight and just as well because I have hit an all time high in my weight and low in my self opinion! I am really looking forward to making friends for life through this site! So anyone is welcome to send me friend requests :)
